The name

A rook is three things at once — and so is this app.

Brave Rook is named for a piece, a bird, and a tower. The chess rook thinks ahead and defends what matters. The corvid is intelligent and communal, watching out for its own. The medieval rook is the watchful tower on the hillside.

Those three meanings line up with what the app is for: thinking ahead, gathering with the people who matter, and keeping a quiet eye on what you care about. No camo. No doomsday. Just a calm, well-made tool for being ready.
